The First XV Challenge
The First XV touring squad will embark on a challenge to cycle, row and run the 1,500 kilometres from Johannesburg to Cape Town (metaphorically) using rowing ergs, static bikes and the beautiful school grounds. In teams of 5, a mix of forwards and back to aid team bonding, the pupils will compete to see which team can go the furthest with half an hour of each discipline for each player in their team.
